THE WORKAROUND IS DESIGNED WITH SOCIAL PURPOSE
Create An Environment Of Harmonious Flexibility
Facilitate A Friction-Free Day
Given the need for innovative child care solutions in Toronto, especially in the east end neighbourhoods, it is important that The Workaround exist with social purpose. We've selected social enterprise suppliers, many certified B Corps, to provide our amenities and services. We're proud to work with:
Our organic tea program is provided by Canadian company Lemon Lily Tea.
As Toronto Life states, instead of beer and ping-pong there are healthy snacks and a freezer to store breastmilk. We’ve received national media attention from The Globe and Mail, CBC, The Toronto Star, CTV News Channel and more. A recent five-star review:
“This is the nicest co-working space I've used ... and it's right in the 'hood! From the little things, like sparkling water, munchies and bottomless coffee, to the friendly, welcoming people at the door -- I love it here. It's just the right amount of quiet, and knowing I could have my kids hang out in a pinch is another huge bonus. The meeting room options are also super, especially when you have to get a few team members together.”
