The Workaround is ideal for evening and weekend groups from 2 people to 75. Our workshop room is available for up to 25 people weekdays and weekend hours. Our main space is available for larger workshops or meetings after 6pm on weekdays and anytime on weekends. All boardrooms rooms include an HDTV screen, Google Chromecast or Apple TV, whiteboard, power sources and full beverage service for guests. Our workshop room has a projector screen, fridge, chairs and tables. It is located on our lower level. We are conveniently located directly beside Woodbine TTC station and a short walk from Main GO station. Indoor bike and stroller parking is available. There is ample parking at Green P and Impark lots one block away.

Our largest meeting room seats 8 to 12 people. 55” HDTV with Apple TV and HDMI for laptop screen shares. Large whiteboard and markers. Full in-room beverage service available for your external guests (reserve in advance so we are ready to welcome your guests).

podcast room: Moon

The podcast room is ready for your next broadcast! A sound-proof studio with USB microphone and diffuser is ready for your next webinar, Facebook Live, podcast or media interview. The studio also makes a great phone room.

Workshop Room: Alligator

Seating for up to 30 with 5 boardroom tables, projector, screen and lighting options. The Workshop room is perfect for your next team offsite, training, parent meetup or first aid training. Kitchenette with fridge, water, coffee maker and kettle included in-suite.

$150/4 hours. Minimum rental of 2 hours ($75)+HST

Full Space Rental: Main Floor Use

Seating for up to 60 and standing room for up to 150 people for evening and weekend gatherings. When you rent our main space for events you have access to our kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave, the ledges for food and beverages, use of our vault (with hammock!), all glassware, stemware, plates and cutlery, harvest tables and chairs, Sonos bluetooth speaker and projector screen.

$250/4 hours. Minimum rental of 2 hours ($125)+HST. Available weekdays after 6pm and weekends from 8am - 12am.
